Excellent breakfast and great service

During our stay, we were treated to a first-class breakfast that included both fresh fruit and a nicely cooked main offering. The staff, especially Mel, were attentive without being overbearing, making the dining experience enjoyable. The sea view from our room was breathtaking, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. One suggestion for improvement would be to allow for earlier breakfast service for early risers like us.

oh where do I start? arrived to find faeces on the toilet lid, an absolute surprise. breakfast had hair—yuck! for £600, I expected to be treated like royalty, not just another guest. unfortuantely, no complimentary gesture was offered for these inconveniences, but I almost gave a good review, just couldn’t!

Some rooms, including a family room, are dated, especially the bathrooms, cozy but in need of a modern touch. For the price, some aspects like cleanliness fall short, with reports of unpleasantries in the bathroom that shouldn’t be overlooked.

I had a cracking stay! The breakfast was pure tasty with a fair choice, and the staff were lovely and helpful throughout. Just a wee note, the stairs to the top floor are a bit of a trek, so might be tricky for those with mobility issues.

lovely stay but bathroom needs updating

The waterfront location was stunning, offering beautiful sea views that enhanced our stay. The room was comfortable, providing a cozy escape after our daily activities. We really appreciated the generous breakfast hamper that was arranged for us due to our early departure.

I stayed in the Twin Room with Bath as a family for one night. The room was comfortable, and the waterfront location was stunning! There’s a cute lounge area with a view over Llandudno Bay, perfect for relaxing. The only downsides were that the bathroom felt a bit outdated and the TV could definitely use a size upgrade. Otherwise, the breakfast was excellent, providing a great start to the day!
